Crystal Jewellery Warranty Procedures

Thank you for choosing my handcrafted crystal jewellery. I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my products and stand behind them with confidence. This warranty procedure outlines the terms and conditions for warranty claims on my handcrafted crystal jewellery sold in Australia.

  • Warranty Period: I offer a limited warranty on my handcrafted crystal jewellery for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins from the date of the original purchase invoice.

  • Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or exposure to direct sunlight or harsh chemicals, such as perfumes, detergents, or other corrosive substances.

  • Making a Warranty Claim: If you believe your handcrafted crystal jewellery is covered by this warranty, please follow these steps to make a warranty claim:​

    • ​Contact Harmony & Flow Within: Contact can be made via email at info@harmonyandflow.com.au or by phone at 0439 262 247. Please provide your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue. Please provide clear photos of the defect.

    • Proof of Purchase: You will be required to provide a copy of the original purchase invoice or a valid proof of purchase to validate your claim.

    • Evaluation of Claim: I will review your claim and may request additional information or images to assess the issue.

    • Return the Jewellery: If your claim is approved, I will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Please ensure that the jewellery is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

    • Repair, Exchange, or Refund: After I receive the defective jewellery, I will inspect it. Depending on the nature of the defect, I will either repair, replace, or issue a refund for the product at my discretion.  For the exception of earrings which are non-refundable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover the following:

    • ​Normal wear and tear.

    • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care.

    • Changes in the appearance of the jewellery due to normal wear, aging, or exposure to elements.

    • Loss or theft of the jewellery.

  • Shipping Costs: Harmony & Flow Within will cover the costs of shipping for manufacturing faults.

  • Legal Rights: This warranty procedure does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
