All orders are shipped with tracking.  Standard & Express Postage is used for all orders.  The packaging satchels used have been provided with and easy return process in mind.  The satchel has a second fastening strip so it can be reused either for return or you can on use it somewhere else.  If a return is required please contact Harmony & Flow Within via email and we will issue you a return label via email to place on the satchel.

Standard Post - allow 3-5 business day for delivery to arrive

Express Post - usually next day delivery is within the local Network, otherwise allow 2-3 business days for delivery to arrive.

Free Delivery - Free delivery applies when you spend $150.00 or more.  The standard parcel option will automatically reflect the Free delivery once the total reaches $150.00 or more.

Crystal Jewellery

All crystal jewellery orders are made to order.   

 

The crystal jewellery will be shipped within 2-5 business days, after payment has been processed & cleared in the account.  This is dependant on stock levels and availability from our supplier.  If an item is no longer available you will be contact immediately either by phone or email with the choice to re-select another gemstone, decoration or refund.

All orders will be shipped via your selected post option within 2-3 business days, after payment has been processed & cleared in the account.  Depending on stock levels, orders may take up to 7 business days to be dispatched.  Should there by any further delay you will be contacted either by phone or email.
