For Children: Spray the room and/or area in which your child spends most of their time. Can be used once a day (as discerned by the parent/guardian). Due to the physically sensitive nature of children, do not spray the room while children are in it. It is recommended that the room is sprayed prior to a child entering it.
For Adults: Spray your bedroom, living area or healing room as often as you feel intuitively guided. It is very effective to spray the room before and after running the Transference Healing Child of Light procedures.
