This blend has been created to ease mild to heavy cramping symptoms during menstruation.  It will support to soften the muscle contractions that occur during the initial phase of the menstruation cycle.
 
Direction of Use:          
Shake well before use, apply to & massage abdominal area & lower back in a clockwise direction.
 
Apply up to 2-3 times a day while symptoms are present.
