A beautiful blend of essential oils to support you in those moments when you are feeling anxious, worry, fear or anger.  It helps to bring you back into a calming state.
 
 
Direction of Use:           
Shake well before use, spritz lightly at a safe distance on the face & neck area up to 3 times, breathing in after each spray to optimise the benefits of the active ingredients in the oils.  
 
Sit in silence for a moment to allow the oils to take their effect.
